Closing Statement & Next Steps

Lucaz stands at the beginning of a deliberate build.

It is not a trend-driven studio, nor a volume-led furniture label. It is a design house structured around long-term thinking, material rigour, and controlled production.

Every decision — legal, creative, and operational — is designed to support durability.

This is not a call for accelerated capital.
It is an invitation to participate in building a disciplined, author-led design company with measurable commercial potential.

INVESTMENT FOCUS

Lucaz is currently seeking two aligned investment partners:

– Core Collection Investor
To support the development and launch of original lighting, furniture, and objects.

– Lucaz Re:born Investor
To acquire, adapt, and relaunch dormant design rights, with emphasis on seating and small-scale furniture with collectible positioning.

Both pathways operate within the same strategic framework while maintaining distinct commercial logic.
